Its such a strange fruit – I call it the ‘stranger within’ cause of the way I started eating it. The glaze looks so lovely. Well done.

Anyhow, it makes a delightfully fragranced citrus oil – which is what I’ve made with it..not blogged it yet but someday perhaps.
