I don&#039;t do a lot of cake decorating, but I don&#039;t think you&#039;ll get a lot of detail with a fondant icing (by that I assume you mean the smooth fondant they put on wedding cakes etc.).  I have the small train pan - the one with a train and several carriages - and we make a lemon cake in it and serve it plain.  If you did want to decorate it, perhaps your best bet it to try using a coloured icing or buttercream and piping it to highlight the details?]]></description>
