I am sitting at my PC backing up files from Bill’s old iphone so I can transfer his sim card to his new Samsung phone to give him in the morning.     I hope you had a very special Christmas Day with your loved ones. I am taking a quiet moment to reflect on the happy day we had with our family, all nineteen of them ranging from 4 to 82. My advancing years makes it more challenging to provide a sit-down meal for the family but it was worth all the work to see the happy faces around the table tucking into the turkey with all it’s accomplishments. Christmas wouldn’t be the same without bread sauce!

    I’ve just caught up with your blog since Christmas Celia and wondered if you might be happy to share your biscuit recipe for the biscuit press (I think that’s what you’ve used for your trees). I have lost the book that came with mine and had no luck making them this year.
